I've never actually seen snow in person, so I had to study photographs to try and understand how light would work under extreme snow conditions. This was my conclusion. Apologies if the backgrounds end up being mostly obscured by snow.
Having been in snow storms in the past I can honestly say that looks about right to me. Duel looks good so far, I wish you luck. Course, I'm kind of rooting for Darius....
haven't seen snow well the way you've shadowed it looks pretty good maybe a lil dark since snow seems to lighten stuff up with the light bouncing off all the white, but you can continue what you're doing cuz it looks great
Yeah, all that reflective light would probably null those shadows.. My original idea was that the shadows were there as a way to help obscure the figure... but, I dunno. It looks cool anyways.
beautiful, yes that's pretty much what snow does in light. I know that snow reflects light so well that people can get some bad burns from it. Sunglasses and sunblock are always a good idea.
